[Kirk has been drinking. Just a little bit. It's the most he's had in over a year for him and while he isn't drunk, his mouth filter is kinda not present. Hurray for mild backsliding.]

So Barge.

Have you ever felt like universe is working against you to push you into a certain mold? Inmates, I'm not talking about this place. That's different. This is something worthwhile.

And it's so pointless to fight back because all you ever do is wear yourself thin. It's the ultimate no-win scenario and there's no way to hack it.

... I liked it. The flood. It was like experiencing life if I'd been born into another time and place and not a lot of people can say they did that. Or even get the chance to do that. And maybe sometimes, you don't make a lot of good choices and it leads you to places you never thought you'd be in during your life but you learn a lot about yourself.

You can start to see who you really are.

[ooc; So at this point, Kirk does have all of his memories back, of all of his previous time here. He's reconciling how he's over it because it was a year ago (for him) and how it feels kinda fresh anyway because he just got the memories back. And while he isn't lying about it, he's not exactly broadcasting it either. Well, except to Shego, CONGRATS GREENIE. Everyone else, feel free to wrestle it out of him.]
