This weekend I learned that I'm destined to marry Spock, settle down on New Vulcan, have 14 mostly human children, drive a red corvette and live happily ever after as a space pirate.

I really have a lot to look forward to in life.

[Have a tiny, tiny pause and then he actually sounds sincere about this next part.]

You mean you'd have children... actually with Spock? Like, Spock Spock? How would you do that?

I have no idea. That's what the game said, so it must be true. And yes, that Spock, I only know one--alright I know two but they're technically the same guy.

[He almost concocts a response to that but... can't quite. He's ...he thinks this must be a joke. Right?]

Genetic manipulation from samples of the father's DNA inserted into an egg and then place it in an artificial womb. It is fairly common in my time.

[He can't respond. He's thinking too hard of how Picard or Riker or Worf would react. He has to turn off the feed 'cause.... yeah. Smiling now.]

[AND IN TEN MINUTES Tim is there. Waiting. Not being paranoid.]

I've got needs. And apparently he can satisfy them all. All fourteen of them.

That must be a very special skill of his.

[Kirk shows up a minute later, his phaser strapped to his side when normally, he doesn't walk around the Barge with it. He claps Tim on the shoulder and starts forcibly steering him towards a table.]

"Please sit."

Vulcans are known to be very patient creatures.

[Okay, well. Tim does not regard this as a good sign. He eyes the phaser, and lets Kirk steer him to a table, but he slips out of reach to find a chair. Which he stands next to.]

What's this about?

"Sit down." [Kirk pulls out his own chair and sits down, sprawling in it casually.] "I just want to talk to you, man to man."

[He's pretty sure they haven't had a real conversation since Kirk was a woman, and that was ridiculously awkward. But Tim eased into a chair, eying him.] About?

[That's probably true. And irrelevant to this discussion.]

"Shego."

[OH BOY. Tim breaks out the blank look.]
