It's fine. I've had worse. [Kirks have high pain tolerances. But he's on his way because this really does hurt. Which he will never admit. For pride and all.]

[Martha was keeping an eye out for him, and she had an inkling that if it hurt him bad enough to ask for assistance, then it probably was broken. Hopefully the break wouldn't be too bad.]

[Kirk had broken enough bones in his life to recognize when an injury was bad and to get help for it. Usually he hated going to anyone but his CMO for his ails but given his recent mood, he was actually really glad that it was Martha. She didn't seem the type to stab him with a hypo and call him an idiot.]

Maybe considering Spock had come back he would come back too. She surveyed his arm quickly, and then gestured to the exam room as she pulled out the scanner.]
