Brother, If you need any help, the Church doesn't have a lot of money, but if you sincerely wish to change your life then there is no easy way to do it. I've seventy dollars in the church accounts, It's yours, if you'll take it.

[No one came to prayers that day. Prefect stood - his face still bruised and scabbed from his fight with Neil - at the front of the church for fourty minutes, praying alone.

He couldn't blame them, really. He was their shepherd, and if he wandered from the flock, then there was no reason why they should do otherwise. When the time for prayers was over, he wandered to the vestibule, and got out the church's funds, counting out the money he'd promised the other man, as he waited for Kirk to arrive.]
