Quite a while ago, she got all of her power back - and since then, O'Brien's had his hands on her power somehow. I'm fairly sure she had nothing to do with that, as she seemed as surprised by it as I was.

Her getting all of her power back was surrounded by both Adam and Sylar getting their powers back - I initially thought it was something just to do with her world, but apparently not.

Also, she knew nothing about it, I'm entirely sure about that. As insincere as she can be, she genuinely seemed to think I'd asked for her powers to be returned.

The fact that the exact same thing happened and is happening with Shego's pretty much says to me that someone is behind it.

Which was what I was thinking too - and hasn't Bob got Shego's powers or something? O'Brien got Elle's for... a day or so. That might be significant, somehow.
